"DT"

Five rounds for time of:
155 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
155 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
155 pound Push jerk, 6 reps

  1. 16:50. I absolutely HATED the jerks. I did split jerks. After this workout I did some 185# cleans and got a rip. I'll post a pic.
