Run: 10x 30sec Hill Sprints, All out Efforts. 30sec rest at top before descending hill easy, "walk if needed". Rest 1min at the bottom of the hill before the next sprint

Run: 2.5mile (Time Trial, Max Effort)
Well, I did Monday's work (except skipped the press), those sprints nearly killed my calfs (spelling?).

Tuesday I did 3x5 press at 135 to make up for missing on Monday. The three sets of junk was rough -- my shoulders were killing me.
ReplyDeleteWednesday complete. I did the lifting this morning at 5am, took me 25 minutes. Substituted 31 pound bag of dog food for the front squats. The sprints I just finished, these sucked. 5 seconds rest seems like nothing.

ReplyDeletesorry bro, Katie showed me a pic, looks gruesome. I skipped Thursday, just finished Friday's lifting: Squat 295, Press 140, Deadlift 315. Going running a little later.
ReplyDeleteDid my friday running last night; sucked pretty bad. My left calf is pretty sore. Did 5 rounds + 3 snatches today; couldn't do the second part (half of a HSPU, 2 double unders, and 5 ring rows).
