Snatch 135 pounds, 30 reps

Hand Strength

Pinch-grip: Curl two barbell plates together (two plates in each hand).

Post loads, set break downs of pull ups/chin ups, and time to comments.

  2. I did 30 snatches with 115 in approx. 5:30.

    And I did the starting strength work and did bench:200
    clean 3x5: 185, 185, 185, 185, 205
    Squat: 210
    DL: 275
