- 10 walking lunges (each leg)
- 15 sit-ups
- 10 straight-leg deadlifts (45#)
- 10 overhead squats (45#)
- 10 ring dips
- 10 pull-ups
Try to do it as fast as you can to get your heart rate pumping!
