80% of max front squat 5 sets of 3, then:

Three rounds of:
5 Weighted pull-ups
30 Back extensions (substitution = Good Mornings or Straight-legged Deadlift)

Post load and time to comments. (pick weights so you finish around 5 minutes)

  1. I've never done front squats before, so I did a progression of weights:

    75, 75, 95, 95, 135

    I think I learned the trick - push your chest UP as far as you can as you rack the bar.
